Canning coaches combine a unique set of skills allowing us to tackle individual issues whilst taking into consideration the team dynamic, systems and processes the group of individuals are creating together.
A key element of team coaching is establishing a space that is safe where feel confident they can address issues openly and safely. Building this requires interventions at both the individual and group level. The duration of this on-going process varies, and mainly depends on where the team is on their particular journey.
