Canning’s Leadership Kick-Start combines Saville Consulting’s market leading assessment tools with real-time feedback, coaching and action learning – to deliver an intensive 2-day learning and development experience.

Because the Kick-Start  is rooted in your organization’s Values, Mission, and Strategic Priorities and Challenges, we guarantee a program that speaks directly to you and your development needs within the company context, namely the Leadership Competencies and Capabilities that describe the attributes and behaviors of leaders at different levels in your organization.

The Kick-Start is fully grounded in, and focused on:

  • The exposure and experience that each participant will need in order to operate at the next level of leadership
  • The behavioral indicators that describe a leader at the next level of the organization

Objectives:

  • Embed the organization’s Values, Vision, Mission and Leadership behaviors
  • Identify the strategic challenges facing the organization that the next generation of leaders will have to deal with
  • Outline the key attributes of all key leaders:  Communicate, Navigate, Engage & Entrust
  • Demystify leadership:  to show participants clearly what leadership means in their organization
  • Give participants clear insight into their strengths and development means in their organization
  • Give participants real time feedback and coaching on their current performance
  • Help participants develop core areas quickly through group coaching sessions
  • Help participants develop over the short, medium and long term through detailed feedback (report)
  • Create an individual Personal Development Plan (PDP) for each participant
