Q1. How many participants are in one group?

A: There are 6~ 10 people. We also offer One to One tailored course.

Q2. Who are the Canning Trainers?  What is the qualification to become a Canning Trainer?

A: All Canning trainers have international business backgrounds.  They successfully completed 50 ~ 100 hours of internal training in order to be qualified as Canning trainers.  They are also from many nationalities which allow us to offer you rich content in cross-cultural and global mindset trainings.

Q3. When do I need to apply for the course by?

A: If you are interested in any Global Mindset and Communication course, please contact us soon.

Q4. What are the main industries of your major clients?

A: They are from various fields such as Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage, Automobiles, Financial, IT, etc.

Q5. Where is the location of the training?  Is it possible to have training outside of Tokyo?

A: Open Courses are held at our office in Tokyo. A Tailored Course can take place at either our office or other locations you would prefer.  Please contact us for more details.

Q6. Is it possible to have training with multinational group?  In such case, in which language will the training be delivered in?

A: Yes. We have provided various Cross-cultural trainings to 13 nationals and Team-building trainings to 20 nationals.  Those programs were delivered in English or Japanese, depending on clients’ request.

Q7. I am not Japanese.  It is possible to take your training?

A: Yes. We have provided our trainings to French, Indian, Chinese, Germen, and even English-natives.  All trainings were delivered in English.
