There are two ways to join us:
- As an experienced businessperson without any previous training or coaching experience. This is ideal for businesspeople with solid international business experience seeking a career change. As part of our trainer development program, STAR*, you will undergo an intensive initial training period, followed by ongoing observations and coaching sessions. You will also have opportunities to further your career within our organization depending on your individual skills, interests and career goals.
- As an already established coach, consultant or trainer. We are always interested to hear from experienced coaches, consultants or trainers who feel they may have something to offer us.
