The Canning Magic

First, a relationship of empathy and trust is created between participant and the Canning trainer:

  • The trainer recognizes and identifies with the challenges the participant faces
  • The participant recognizes the trainer cares about their success and knows how to help them

In the training room, the trainer provides business realism through frequent role-plays and/or exercises based on the real challenges faced by the participant.

  • The participant is encouraged to stretch themselves and take risks
  • The trainer provides feedback that is honest and practical
  • The participant is given the opportunity to apply the feedback immediately

This process gives the participant the confidence to try new things, the insight to overcome problems, and the drive to achieve their goals.

The end result is improved performance back in the workplace and added value for your business.

In addition to this relationship between the participant and the Canning trainer, the Canning Magic is also driven by the relationship between Canning and the client organization.
