Key features of our business skills programs and methodology:

  • Active & Practical  – we use a mixture of role-plays, case-studies, simulations, discussion and feedback to build a clear learning loop/cycle to improve participants’ performance.
  • Real Customization – we understand the full picture of our participants’ needs through a process of participant interviews and questionnaires.  Program content is always adjusted to suit participants’ individual needs.  In many cases we create customized role-plays or case studies based on the participants’ jobs.
  • Individual Attention – we limit the group size to usually no more than four or six participants, depending on the program, to give each participant sufficient practice time and individual feedback.
  • English Proficiency Level – we “group” participants with a similar level of English proficiency.  This ensures that the program content, speed and complexity matches the participants’ abilities and participants’ progress is therefore optimized.
